By inviting MAVX to your Discord server or using any of its features, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must remove MAVX from your server and discontinue use immediately.

MAVX is a Discord bot providing moderation, leveling, ticketing, automation, and utility features for Discord servers. The service is provided as-is, subject to availability. Features may be updated, modified, or removed at any time without prior notice.

MAVX may only be used in compliance with Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines, as well as all applicable local and international laws. You may not use MAVX to harass, abuse, threaten, or harm other users or communities.

You must not attempt to exploit, reverse-engineer, or abuse MAVX's systems. Automated access, scraping, or attempts to circumvent rate limits or security measures are strictly prohibited and may result in permanent server blacklisting.

Certain features require an active Premium subscription. Premium access is granted per-server or per-user as specified at time of purchase. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Premium does not guarantee any specific uptime or feature availability.

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance windows, Discord outages, or unexpected failures may cause temporary disruption. No compensation is provided for downtime.

We reserve the right to remove MAVX from any server or block any user at our sole discretion, with or without notice, particularly in cases of abuse, ToS violations, or conduct harmful to other communities.

MAVX and its developers are not liable for any damages, direct or indirect, arising from use or inability to use the service. This includes but is not limited to data loss, moderation errors, or unauthorized access to server content.

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of MAVX after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Significant changes will be announced in our support Discord server.
