Privacy Policy

MAVX collects and stores the minimum data necessary to provide its services: server (guild) IDs and configuration settings, user IDs for leveling and infraction tracking, message counts and voice activity durations for XP calculations, moderation records (bans, warns, mutes), and ticket or application content submitted through the bot.

Collected data is used exclusively to operate bot features as configured by server administrators. We do not sell, share, or monetize your data with third parties. Data is used solely to provide moderation logging, leveling systems, ticket management, and other configured features.

Guild configurations are retained as long as MAVX remains in your server. User XP and leveling data is retained indefinitely unless a reset is requested. Moderation records are retained for the duration the bot is in the server. You may request deletion of your data at any time.

MAVX interacts with Discord's API to function. Your use of Discord is subject to Discord's own Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. We do not control how Discord processes your data. Optionally, Top.gg integration may be enabled for vote tracking — their privacy policy applies to that service.

You may request deletion of your personal data (user ID and associated records) at any time by contacting us via our support server. Server administrators may clear server-specific data using bot commands or by removing MAVX from their server.

All data is stored in secured databases with access controls and authentication. Connections between the bot and database are encrypted in transit. We take reasonable technical measures to protect stored data, but cannot guarantee absolute security.

MAVX is not directed at individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor's data has been collected, please contact us for immediate removal.

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Continued use of MAVX following any updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy. Significant changes will be announced in our support Discord server.

For privacy-related inquiries, data deletion requests, or concerns, contact us through our official Discord support server. We take all privacy concerns seriously and will respond within 48 hours.
